Arnold Bloch Leibler is acting for Malaysian property developer, OSK Property, on the second stage of its ‘Melbourne Square’ development in Southbank.
OSK Property has appointed construction company Multiplex to deliver the residential tower, BLVD Residences, in the $3bn Melbourne Square precinct.
Multiplex, who also built the first two towers in Stage 1 of the development, have commenced construction with completion due for early 2028.
The 74-storey residential tower will supply much-needed housing stock to the market, holding 602 new apartments and extensive communal amenities. BLVD promises a commitment to sustainability and wellbeing, as one of the first residential projects in Australia to be registered for WELL Certification.
