Arnold Bloch Leibler has advised the owners of Cranbourne Golf Course on the sale to Brown Property Group, owned by former AFL player Fraser Brown.

As reported in the Australian Financial Review, the golf course located in one of Melbourne’s fastest growing municipalities - the City of Casey - will be home to 1000-1500 dwellings with construction estimated for mid-2026.

The ABL team was led by Property & Development partner Tyrone McCarthy and senior associate Grace Cho, supported by Banking & Finance partner Stephen Sharp advising on all aspects of the sale.
