Paul Sokolowski is a specialist tax lawyer, and has been a partner of Arnold Bloch Leibler since 2001. Clint Harding is a partner practising in the firm’s taxation department with particular expertise in corporate and international tax, the taxation of financial instruments and transactions, and the management of tax audits and disputes with the Australian Tax Office (ATO). His clients have included both public and private organisations, particularly in the corporate and banking sectors.

Greg Judd is a Senior Associate in the firm’s taxation practice and advises clients on all aspects of direct taxation. Prior to joining Arnold Bloch Leibler, Greg worked for over a decade in roles with Australia’s largest legal and accounting practices, and tutored, lectured and co-ordinated taxation at leading Australian universities.

Andrew Spierings

Andrew is a lawyer in the Melbourne team of the firm’s taxation practice.  He has acted for high-net-worth individuals, private groups, public companies and not-for-profits, advising on a range of Federal and state taxes in all Australian jurisdictions as well as tax disputes.
