Trailblazing property developer Tim Gurner was guest of honour last week at ABL’s annual Property Finance Forum for 2024.

The event brought together clients and friends from across property development, construction and financing to hear from one of Australia’s most experienced and progressive property developers. Introducing Tim Gurner, ABL’s managing partner in Sydney Paul Rubenstein described him as a market leader, known and admired for transformational developments with premium branding, and for both identifying and shaping market trends.

The thought-provoking and entertaining session covered important issues including the challenge of managing costs on significant projects, domestic and international capital flows, the regulatory environment and the future of property development in Australia.
