About Christopher

Christopher Davis is a senior associate in Arnold Bloch Leibler’s commercial and private clients practice. He advises a broad range of clients with a particular focus on private corporate groups, family groups, trusts and succession planning.

Christopher represents both large and small corporate groups, mid-tier accounting firms, high-net-worth individuals and families who wish to protect their wealth for future generations.

Christopher has also acted for founders looking to establish their business, or exit their business and take the next step, and he has provided state tax advice to clients with trust structures. He works closely with accountants to effectively bridge the gap between accounting and legal terminology to deliver strategic results for clients. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne.

Christopher’s practice focuses on the following areas:

  • commercial and corporate advice;
  • stakeholder agreements, including shareholder and unitholder agreements;
  • business and personal succession planning, including family agreements;
  • asset protection and estate planning, and
  • trusts and group structuring.
