About Erin

Erin Puckridge is a senior associate in Arnold Bloch Leibler’s litigation & dispute resolution group.

Erin acts for public and private companies, as well as high net worth individuals. She has also acted on behalf of a number of pro bono clients, including individuals, community organisations and charities.

Erin has acted in a diverse range of commercial disputes, corporate restructuring and insolvencies, regulatory investigations, coronial inquests and parliamentary inquiries.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts (Politics) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). Erin was admitted to practice in 2019 and was appointed a senior associate in 2024.

Practice focus

Erin’s practice focuses on:

  • commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution;
  • insolvency and restructuring advice and litigation;
  • regulatory investigations;
  • parliamentary inquiries;
  • corporate governance, including board and shareholder disputes and directors’ duties; and
  • coronial inquests.

Experience

Erin has acted for clients on a range of matters, including:

Dispute resolution & litigation

  • high-net-worth individuals and companies: in relation to their disputes with government departments.
  • construction disputes: in relation to a number of significant construction disputes ranging in project value up to $800 million.
  • Clough Limited: in relation to a dispute with NSW Electricity Networks Operations Trust’s (Transgrid) concerning Transgrid’s call on performance securities provided by Clough and Green Light Contractors Pty Ltd (Green Light) under an EPC Contract.
  • Pro bono clients: in relation to a seminal stolen generations case; acting for artists in relation to legal disputes arising from their works; and in relation to legislative reforms.

Restructuring & insolvency

  • creditors, directors and officers of entities in liquidation or subject to a deed of company arrangement: general advice regarding duties under the Corporations Act and potential claims.
  • companies and directors: in relation to insolvent trading and restructuring.

Senate inquiries

  • high-net-worth individuals: in relation to their appearances before Commonwealth and State parliamentary inquiries.

Regulatory investigations

  • various companies and individuals: in relation to regulatory investigations.
  • high-net-worth individuals and companies: in relation to ASIC compulsory production and examination notices.
