About Sophia
Sophia Charles is a senior associate in the firm’s Employment and Workplace Advisory team. She works with Australian and international employers and senior executives across various sectors, including financial services, retail, hospitality, health and technology.
Sophia advises on contractual and incentive arrangements, protection of confidential information, post-employment restraints, policy development and implementation and award compliance.
Sophia has a committed pro bono practice and regularly provides advice to not-for-profit and charitable organisations.
Sophia graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Modern Languages (French). She joined the firm as a graduate in 2017 and was admitted to practice in April 2018.

- Various clients in the not-for-profit sectors in relation to the structuring of employment arrangements and award compliance.
